The staff at the Danville Panda Express have extremely poor people skills. They are rude. I was asking them how long it would be for more Beef and Broccoli and I got ignored. I asked them two more times. I was snapped at and told "chill out buddy" and they told me to hold my horses. "Buddy" and terms like "bud" are pretty disrespectful. I had been waiting 15 minutes. I don't mind waiting a little bit but when you disrespect me and treat me like I'm a inconvenience, we are going to have issues.
Nice place, friendly workers who are very polite. If you go in, you can see all options in an extremely clean hot case. Witness your order being filled and portions are very generous. The drive thru is very fast and same polite service. The food is very consistent which I appreciate from any food establishment. The eat in lobby is comfortable and clean. All staff is helpful and I recommend for anyone to give them a try. Make sure to ask for some mandarin teriyaki sauce and use it on the rice…whew a game changer! Very good food!
